Confluence | Klamath Falls, OR

Located in the heart of downtown Klamath Falls, this mixed-use development will include one and two-bedroom apartments, a boutique hotel, retail shops, and outdoor plaza spaces.  SZABO collaborated with HACKER to create a site design that provides ample outdoor amenities including seating, firepits, landscape buffers, water features, and streetscape elements.  The design pulls from the regional historical context and ecological elements to create a sense of place which is ingrained into the community. 

The project is currently in the documentation phase and is expected to be completed in 2021.
